  15. Vicious little snakes, I often see them up on the South Downs when I'm walking.

    I was going to say that I didn't know adders took dogs for walks but I decided against it!

  16. Yikes! Says nothing about cats but I'm reckoning wise cats would know to steer clear. When we went to Devon years agao, the cricket match players had to bat/hit short as a long hit put the ball into the adder patch! I always say to Mrs H that cricket is a dangerous game! MOL

  17. |THey used to have a Beware of Rattle Snakes sign at the Greenwood Cemetery where my Great Aunt Helen and my Great Grand Mother are buried. I was there this week (on Tuesday) to see if I needed to clean up their graves and the sign is gone! It was serendipitous to see your sign on your post!
