Wordless Wednesday - Finland

When we stopped in Helsinki we took a tour into the countryside. I can't remember the name of the place but was probably no more than 40 miles from Helsinki. We were welcomed into a home where part was kept as it used to be years before.

After we were free to walk around their land and saw this old car in immaculate condition.

A bit further on we saw this!!

Apparently it had been bought for restoration, but it was quite a surprise to see it in the middle of a field.

I am joining Sandee at Comedy Plus for the blog hop.

  1. What a fun place to be. Love that room. Different kind of beds. I'd have a tough time getting on the top bunk.

Love the old car. I would love a ride.

  3. I wouldn't make it up to the top bunk, either, but what a fantastic use of space. Very cosy in there too, once one is settled.

I like the shape of the car. It's like a smiley face...
A cannon in such a beautiful place? Probably a metaphor...
