I think this was Curacao, definitely one of the ABC islands during a Caribbean cruise a few years back.

Nice photos now I keep singing Pretty Flamingo's :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a prettytastic week 👍
The real, live cousins of the pink, plastic lawn flamingos we see here. What's that old saying, "Big as life and twice as natural!"
ReplyDeleteWOW, mingos are always fun to see!!!
ReplyDeleteI've only ever seen flamingoes in zoos...except for those plastic pink ones mentioned in a previous comment! :-D
ReplyDeleteWow, that is a lot of flamingos!
ReplyDeleteI would love to see the flamingos. They are most beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Big hug, Jackie. ♥
OOOOhhh thank you for posting the flamingo photo. Curacao is on our list of places to go next year and I didn't realize they had flamingos! Love to get some nice photos of them too.
ReplyDeleteI've seen them in Florida wildlife sanctuaries - but not in the wild. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteWow! What a capture of the Flamingos ~ Xo
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

That is a lot of flamingoes. Reminds me of a fundraiser in my area where you can pay to have someone "flocked" with fake flamingoes in their yard. XO
ReplyDeleteWow! That certainly is a lot of flamingos! 🦩
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings, Jackie!
What a nice view of these birds. There are so... majestic!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jackie! have a fine weekend!
I've seen a few flamingos but never anything like that!
ReplyDeleteFlamingos are beautiful and we can only see them in the zoo.
ReplyDeleteThe flamingos used to be allowed to walk about in the garden at the Calgary Zoo when I was a kid. they had clipped wings so they could not escape and they were never as pink as you see them in phots. They are most intriguing birds.
ReplyDeleteCuracao! That is where my sister was born, my parents went there for a couple years before they went to live in Canada. They didn't care so much for the constant heat. Holland is much more temperate...though the Canadian winters can sometimes be brutal, even in southern Ontario.
