The tall Ships were there on the next leg of their race with their last port being Aberdeen in Scotland. Their next destination was Esbjerg in Denmark.

  1. What a fun contrast from the ultra modern buildings on the shore to the graceful ships. They are indeed impressive and in person I bet even more so.

  7. The tall ships would have been fun to see! Many years ago, when I was still living in Halifax, NS, I got to see various tall ships a few times. Some sort of race or festival, it's so long ago that I can't recall. But oh, they were a sight!

  15. Always lovely to see tall ships. I'm sure i might change my opinion of them If I was caught in a storm ocean in one, especially if I hadd to climb the mast and rigging.
    Have a wonderful week
