Wordless Wednesday, Marseille.

Marseille Cathedral (Cathédrale de la Major)

 
Janus the bear, designed by Jayet, has two faces just like his Roman god namesake. At 5 metres tall he is believed to be the largest bear in the world.

We got back on Sunday after a lovely cruise in the Mediterranean.

    I have been in Marseille, twice visiting and many times landing at the airport coming from Brussels, to visit a friend who lived in Sanary.
