When we boarded the ship and I was unpacking, I realised I had forgotten both of our deodorants and my perfume. It was a quick trip to the shop as soon as we set sail, but the bonus was I got a new bottle of perfume (Dior, J'adore l'or.). We made a trip into the main shopping area of Livorno because I figured the deodorant had to be cheaper than the one I had bought on the ship, which it was!

I'm happy to see even a few of your travel photos!
ReplyDeleteI've only ever been on one cruise, and that was a long time ago, but I recall the cost of merchandise in their shops was exorbitant. Rather like airport shops!
Livorno sounds quite busy, although you do have a quiet, lovely shot here.
ReplyDeleteI know that perfume. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing photos from your beautiful trip!
Happy WW and a fine week!❤️๐
The building with the dozens of windows, I am wondering if that was a hotel. I imagine items on the ship are always way more expensive than in a store.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos and glad you got your perfume ~ hugs,

It seems we always forget something. Everything is cheaper on land than on a cruise ship. I love going along with you, too. You have so many wonderful adventures.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Love and hugs, my friend. ♥
Our cruise (in 2018) docked at Livorno as well, but we were whisked off to Pisa right away, and didn't get any photos. Thanks for sharing yours! ☺ Prices in the cruise ship store are always much higher. Still, we bought a few souvenirs there, like a Holland America mug. Good memories! ♥
ReplyDeletenice photos tho….almost looks like a cat under the cross of the church ‼️๐ธ❤️๐
