The Crying Boy fountain in Norway. I am not surprised that he is crying with those four fish spurting water at him!

Mom has a photo of this fountain too. Looking at it now, it is a rather sad fountain, though.

Yikes! I think I'd be crying too if i|| was starkeres, standing in a pond and fish spurting water at me!
Reminds me of a photo pf my son when he was 4 in the backyard pool...
