Alta Norway September 2019. Last cruise before Covid lockdown. We took a private tour from here and there was about 2 inches of snow. When we got back a few hours later it was nearer 18 inches!

It's beautiful, but I wouldn't want to deal with that much snow at once! (Of course many parts of Canada do get snow like that, but that much in a single storm isn't common in my region.)
ReplyDeleteBTW, thank you for the card, it did show up a few days ago!
Nice capture crikey from 2 inches to 18 gulp
ReplyDeleteHave a snowylesstastic week and thanks for linking up by π
Beautiful setting. The 11.5 inches we got is more than enough for me, although the pups would love more and more.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful scene especially with the snow!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely tour. The snow was a bonus!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW, dear Jackie! A good new Year full of health!❤️π
Mom never thought of going there in the winter, but it would be really interesting to see and beautiful too. Since she loves cold and snow, it would not be a problem.
ReplyDeleteVery simply cold beauty. It must have been nice to live where you do, in such proximity of other countries to visit. We have 8 inches on the ground today. It actually has been a couple years or more since so much came at one time.
ReplyDeletetoo much snow that’s for sure, funny how I enjoyed it as a kid ❄️❄️❄️πΊ‼️
