We love to cruise and this will show our travels. Of course there will also be other photos of non cruise holidays and anything else that takes my fancy.

Wordless Wednesday.
Alta Norway September 2019. Last cruise before Covid lockdown. We took a private tour from here and there was about 2 inches of snow. When we got back a few hours later it was nearer 18 inches!
It's beautiful, but I wouldn't want to deal with that much snow at once! (Of course many parts of Canada do get snow like that, but that much in a single storm isn't common in my region.)
BTW, thank you for the card, it did show up a few days ago!
Mom never thought of going there in the winter, but it would be really interesting to see and beautiful too. Since she loves cold and snow, it would not be a problem.
Very simply cold beauty. It must have been nice to live where you do, in such proximity of other countries to visit. We have 8 inches on the ground today. It actually has been a couple years or more since so much came at one time.

Beautiful setting. The 11.5 inches we got is more than enough for me, although the pups would love more and more.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful scene especially with the snow!
